PRESIDENT'S WELCOME

It is my great honour to welcome back students, faculty, and staff returning from summer holidays, and to warmly greet the new students joining us this fall. The beginning of the semester is always full of excitement and I love seeing the vibrant energy when our campuses are buzzing with activity.

Know where to go when you need to go? ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵwashrooms with key codes can be accessed with 2020#. Free menstrual products are also available at these locations

Use the  student portal to look up grades, order transcripts, download tax forms, receive campus news and alerts, and access your ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵstudent email.

If it's your first time logging in, your initial password will use your birthday in this format: VCCMMDDYY# ("VCC" plus your birthday (MMDDYY) plus "#").

E.g. if your birthday is January 30, 1995, your initial temporary password will be VCC013095#. Following your first login, you will be prompted to create a new, secure password.

Check your ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵemail regularly for important college notifications and communications from your instructors. You can also forward your ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵemail to your personal email account. LOGIN HELP >

 

Indigenous Gathering Spaces are open

VCC’s Indigenous Gathering Spaces promote cultural safety and belonging while offering the use of computers, printers, kitchenettes, and casual meeting areas. Our Downtown and Broadway Gathering Spaces are pleased to be open once again to support Indigenous learners and guests. 


²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵ students – stay connected

If you are an international student at VCC, the ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵ Education (IE) office is available for one-on-one advising to support you in person or on Zoom.

²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵ advisors can share information about studying at VCC, provide immigration resources, and connect you with available resources. Be sure to also  for regular updates.

Join us for a series of events and activities to enhance our college community's understanding and awareness of the history of residential schools, the Indian Act, and the origin of Orange Shirt Day.

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

On this day, we commemorate the history and legacy of residential schools, and honours Indigenous survivors, families, and communities. ²ÝÁñ¶ÌÊÓƵclosed.
