Graduation Audit

Here is the process to be assessed for graduation:

  1. All grades must have been entered into VCC's system by your instructors. You can view your grades (unofficial transcript) through by referring to the step-by-step instructions.
  2. Depending on your program, you may need to officially apply for graduation.

PGWP Letter and Electronic Transcripts

Once you have successfully completed your program and all of your grades have been entered by your instructors, the graduation audit will begin. Please note that this can take up to 6 weeks to complete. If you are eligible to graduate, you will be awarded the credential, and automatically receive your PGWP letter and your Electronic Transcript by email from ieservices@vcc.ca. You can use both documents to submit your PGWP application.

Having a hold on your student account will prevent you from receiving any letters. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not have any holds on your account. To avoid a delay in getting your PGWP letters, please contact ieservices@vcc.ca as soon as you clear your holds.

For information about the PGWP, please visit our Post-Graduation Work Permit page for details.
